Well it has been a little quiet on the scanner front.  However, a friend has released a new website that is really worth checking out - and possibly being involved with.

Tom Simpson from WebfeedCentral has released ND Opinions.

 The site is called North Dakota Opinions, and though the majority of the people that might be interested in it will, no doubt, be from North Dakota, I’m sure that a lot of the issues discussed will be quite interesting to a lot of others.
